Proviso Yard.

If it's going to the Aliant Energy Columbia Plant on the CP near Portage WI,they're interchanged at Clinton IA.

As noted, coal trains for Wisconsin head north from Proviso Yard. These trains use the UP Milwukee Sub which curves along the west side of O'Hare Airport. The Milwaukee Sub is parallel to and a few miles west of the UP Kenosha Sub which is the line Metra uses.
