INPR between Elgin and Lagrande Oregon
Author: 8notch

Caught this train returning from Elgin Oregon to Lagrande Oregon UP yard to drop off these cars for a pick-up at a later time. We were parked at Market Ln and Highway 82.

INPR = Idaho Northern & Pacific RR. They have a couple disconnected operations. One out of La Grande, OR is in operation as far as Elgin, with the track beyond to Enterprise out of service. The other operation operates from Payette to Emmett, ID with the track up to Cascade intact but out of service.
