The Kettle Falls International Railway San Poil Job rolls along at MP 15 this morning just south of Barstow, WA on the way from Grand Forks, BC to Kettle Falls, WA. The third locomotive is WRIX GP38 3877 being shipped back today to Western Rail after a longer than expected lease on the KFR.

One of Omnitrax's many flavor of the month slogans is, "Pride In Excellence." Visit just about any of their railroads and look at their track and locomotives, and you wonder when that plan is going to start.

Hopefully someone else steps up and buys this trackage from Omnitrax before they succeed in abandoning it.
