Western Railroad Discussion > On Home RailDate: 09/10/21 09:34 On Home Rail Author: MacBeau The Hudson Turn at 160th Avenue in Brighton, Colorado on September 6th. The lead unit arrived on the property back in April 1962 as CB&Q GP30 number 942 and subsequently became BN 2219. In October 1989 it emerged from MK as GP39M 2828. Very pleasing to find it still working ex-Burlington territory 59 years later.
Be of good cheer, —Mac www.lowellamrine.com Date: 09/10/21 11:26 Re: On Home Rail Author: arizonaBNSF Awesome shot! Some of the early H4 repaints like this one are starting to fade and it adds a lot of character to them. Makes them look even better in my opinion.
