The high-low was 51-30 with the cool temps to continue. Traffic is at 24 trains since midnight with 14 before enough sunlight. Here are some trains from today and a couple from yesterday with some nostalgic traction. Also caught the lucky BNSF 777 today.
10/30/2021 1. Grab shot of EB 403pm manifest train with BNSF 6789, NS 9463 and BNSF 5270-3777 on the point with DPU. 2. Another shot of NS 9463 on same train. 3. Now for a blast from the past in traction from the Andy Goddard collection. 14. San Francisco Municipal Railway older streetcars at 1st and Market St in the mid-1950's. 15. Hyde St. Cable Car tracks neat Hyde and Pacific St in the late 1950's. Alcatraz is in the background.
