U P manifest with new MOW cars on rear.

A northbound manifest at Hoxie, Arkansas in October 16, 2021. Train features some CN power and new MOW cars on the rear and lots of Grafetti.. Location is where the U P (x Missouri Pacific) line between Little Rock, Arkansas and St. Louis, Missouri crosses the BNSF (x Frisco) line between Springfield, Missouri and Memphis, Tennessee.
