NFL final day of season
Author: santafe199

Has anyone besides me noticed how nicely Photoshop work goes with Football games on the other screen!!? At this rate I'll have all kinds of neat slide scans to post in the near future...

Not sure about Photoshop, but watching the Rams win while browsing TO, certainly makes for a pleasant Sunday afternoon! ;-)

Yeah (chuckling) my semi-worthy low-light dual partner Mr Winslow has me rooting for the Rams. The irony is: In my Photoshop hopper is a scan of an original Dave Franz slide traded to Art Gibson back in 1974. It shows an SP F-unit w/ 16 Amtrak "hospital cars" on the SFe main line @ Emporia, fixing to head up to Topeka Shops for some contract work.

It's a TEAM effort, I tell ya...

NFL = No Fans Left. Get woke, go broke.

Yes, we've had the football games on all afternoon.  My wife and daughter run a family "bragging rights" game every week during the season based on NFL wins and losses.  Results posted via text message and on the kitchen refrigerator.  Gives me time to sit on TO and pick through my photos.   Too cold to go outside

???......

I will refrain on commenting on professional sports in general. With that said, I still enjoy football.

And as I type this, the Rams game is tied.....

Yup the stands looked empty today (rolls eyes), no one cares that you don't like the NFL.

Nahhh... Now I'll be tuned into the Timbuktu Chargers vs the Winnemucca Raiders (or where-ever-the-hello they're both from THIS month... )

And I've got some circa 1958 Mop passenger stuff around Downs & Beloit, KS going through a P-shop upgrade from a post quite a few years back...

Best to wait till a game is over before expressing delight .

I won’t besmirch anyone’s enjoyment of a game but I’m glad I never became a sports fan. Always seemed like a waste of time to sit and watch other people play a game. Or the family events that have to be timed around certain games.

...some people think it's just plain silly for grown men to still love choo-choo trains...

TO is rarely as exciting as the Raiders winning on a field goal with 2 seconds left in overtime.

Yeeeahhhhh... My afternoon turned out to be very UN-pleasant!
Didn't help that the Chargers lost too.
