Stalled train, sure, that happens.  Blocked crossings, ehh..it happens all the time.  Nothing surprising about any of this, except that it took them 8 hrs to get moving.  8 hours to round up a couple motors and get them over to the train a couple miles away from the yard.  Now, I wont pretend to know what all that really entails, as far are crew avaialability, motor avaialblty, etc.  That it took that long just surprised me a little.
