This is south of Temple on the line to Houston/Galveston, correct?

Yes, this is about 16 miles south of Temple. Two of those county roads listed on the news article, 104 and 125, are south of Rogers. It appears the derailment is south of the TX 36 underpass south of Rogers. The closest CR 205 is several miles farther south, to the south of Buckholts, so I think the listing of that road is an error.
