BNSF Private Rail Excursion Train Deer Park, WA

I was returning from a trip to Colville and encountered a NB BNSF Private Rail Excursion near Deer Park.  Couldn't grab  many details while driving, 2 clean BNSf units, looked like GP-38s possibly and two private cars.  Does anyone have any more details?

It sounds like a track inspection or track geometry train.

Track geometry train inspecting the STPP between Kettle Falls and Chewelah, WA yesterday afternoon.

FRA geo car, the BNSF set was up there a few weeks ago too.
