Three former CN branch lines are operated out of Appleton, Wisconsin by the Fox Valley & Lake Superior Rail System, which is a Watco railroad.  The train shown in the video is on the Kimberly Spur, running down grade heading into the Appleton Flats area along the Fox River.  The biggest customer on the Kimberly Spur is a paper mill located in Combined Locks.  Lines to Shawano, WI and New London, WI are also served by the FOXY Appleton Terminal.
