Colorado Pacific Lokies Where Are You?

Any TO's have some up to the moment info as to where the CPRR lokies are now? Are they still in Pueblo or are they finally on their way to Eads? I still have time to hop SWA to nail them! Thanks for any help!

Last word I received is that they were delivered today, this morning, to the CXR/Colorado Pacific at NA Jct east of Pueblo. Was informed that they were hidden behind some of the tank cars stored out that way. Follow Colo Hwy 96 East thru Avondale/Boone and you will eventually run into them.  Ben

There's a switcher currently based at Eads? First I've heard of a CP switcher. What paint scheme is it in? Any TOs with photos of the switcher?

WAMX 4010 is no longer leased by Colorado Pacific. In the time since that photo was taken, it was returned to Watco. I saw it in person in Scott City, KS a few weeks ago, so this is firsthand info.

The newly-arrived SD40-3s are the only power, and until they start running, there is no show to go out there for. I'm just as anxious for it to start as anyone, but have also driven down there from Denver before. That's a whole lot of miles to drive for a couple units buried behind cars.

They like to move those tankers around to clean them last summer at least a few times a week so, they may go shuffle things today.
