"Low Ground Clearance" with a picture for illiterate drivers. Note that the truck trailer is exceptionally low to the ground, yet the driver still chose to proceed.

That sign does not appear to give a truck driver much space to turn around. I would think that a large sign at a prior intersection would be a smart thing to have so that a driver could take another street.

Any regular tractor - trailer ( box, reefer, hopper?, flatbed ) would go over the tracks with no trouble.
