An empty Roberts Bank (BC) coal train takes the siding at Bow (WA) on the Bellingham sub for Amtrak train 513.  10/8/2012.  Amtrak will supposedly resume service on this route later this month.

From what I heard on the CBC the coal terminal at Roberts Bank is shut down because the operators went out on strike.
So Roberts Bank coal trains may be scarce for awhile.
