1. Sunrise at Goodland, Kansas on the 28th. This is the former Rock Island now operated by Kyle for over 40 years. 2. The Kyle "main" west of Stoddard, Kansas, with a former RI signal still standing. At one time, the path of the Rocky Mountain Rocket. 27 Sept. 3. Wheeler, Kansas iin the state's northwest corner. These were CB&Q/BN tracks to St.Francis at one time, later used by NK&C, now abaondoned, although the tracks are still in. They did manage to abandon the line to Oberlin including
