Haven't checked in the last few months, GP at Toledo Paper Mill, the paper mill at Wallula. Not sure who else is left.

Another Mill at Prince George just announced closing, but that's actually Pacific southwest from the Canadian point of view.

I think Packing Corp. of America, near Wallula, WA on the UP still gets woodchips off MRL at Bonner, MT.

Even back as recently as the 90's, one could see wood chips moving by rail all over the Pacific Northwest, every day; now days, it's quite rare to see them.  However, one still can see a fairly large number of trucks hauling wood chips, so the traffic is still out there, but not in the volume as before the collapse of the paper industry.

There is also a wood chip loading dock at Jordan Cove, just north of Coos Bay Oregon, that still receives chips by rails
