Looking east from Scott Blvd. on the east side of Iowa City. That's Newton Cond. Stan Thomas facing away from the camera wearing overalls; that might be Newton eng. Joel McCarty next to the engine but seems too young to be him. Also it wouldn't make any sense that a Newton crew would be getting off a westbound in Iowa City, unless there were extenuating circumstances.
