"Truckee at Dawn"
Author: cinder

At 6:20 am PST, UP flanger returns east to Truckee, much to the delight of two photographers lensing the movement at the Bridge St. crossing.  Note that one fan has gotten out of his Jeep to take a picture.

Nice picture of Truckee snow.  They are having a tough time to put it as it keeps coming.   I watch the switch stand just over the snow at the station on the left, I think its a Beacon.  Last year the snow got deep enough the stand was not visible.

What's the temp?  About 10?  Knowing Truckee, probably single digits at that hour.

Very impressive mounds of snow.  Pleasing photos... frosting all over the motors.
