Both UP mains open in Wyoming-was rotary used?

UP has posted that both mains are now open between Rawlins and Green Riverr.  Was the Rotary used?

In the FWIWD, she came home this afternoon, arriving on Track 4 about mid afternoon!

As I understand from someone that followed the whole trip is that it was not used at all.
