A long (133-car) 2x1 eastbound Grand Forks, ND --to-- Northtown, MN mixed manifest freight train is seen here departing the BNSF Grand Forks train yard, passing under I-29, taking the east leg of the "wye", and entering the BNSF Hillsboro Subdivision during the sunny mid-to-late afternoon hours of 03/29/2023. This train met a westbound train at Hillsboro, ND and then had to wait for some time farther south at Bison located just north of Fargo, ND for an eastbound train ahead of them to enter the Dilworth, MN train yard. There was also another eastbound train hot on their heals...
