Someone must be a Q fan - EWLX stands for Everywhere West Leasing. This is ex-NIWX 815, exx-WC 2252, exxx-WC 815, exxxx-FRVR 815, nee-C&NW 815 (28309, 4/63), and was being used to operate the Blackwell Northern Rwy just south of Wellington, KS.  May 18, 2018, Jeff Van Cleve photo, my collection.
