Western Railroad Discussion > Anyone know what these plants are on Cajon?Date: 05/28/23 09:37 Anyone know what these plants are on Cajon? Author: RailRat I've noticed these tall, single stem, spear shaped plants popping up all along the Cajon creek wash lately.
Seems to be many more this year possibly due to all the rain? They are on bottom of photo, below BNSF stack train, above k-rail, looking down into the creek wash. Again sorry for poor photo took while I was driving east on I-15 towards I-215/15 Interchange. Jim Baker Riverside, CA Edited 1 time(s). Author: atsf121 We noticed them two weeks ago on our trip to LA, I mentioned to my wife that there seemed to be a lot of them this year. There were quite a few different wildflowers on this last trip, plenty of rain this year in the West.
