Still, a beautiful bridge.

Yeah, at times the canyon sub still sees some decent traffic. I'm in Oroville, so naturally well below Keddie a good portion of the trains are BNSF. Often times they will fleet them down the canyon. You just have to hit it at the right time. I usually have terrible luck catching much whenever I'm up the canyon but sitting at home I will sometimes hear 6 - 8 in a row in the late afternoons and evenings.
