Argyle, MN loaded unit grain shuttle train passing by Grand Forks
Author: jmulhol2

A 112-car eastbound loaded unit grain shuttle train in a 2x1 power configuration is seen here departing the BNSF Grand Forks, ND train yard, taking the east leg of the "wye", and entering the BNSF Hillsboro Subdivision during the windy, cloudy, and smoky/hazy mid-to-late afternoon hours of 09/15/2023. This train was originally loaded in the loop track at the "MarKit County Grain LLC" grain elevator slightly north of Argyle, MN along the BNSF Noyes Subdivision and is eventually bound for interchange with CSX in Cicero, IL to continue eastbound.
