Brush Fire near Bealville, CA

A brush fire broke out along the UP tracks near the siding of Cliff near Bealville at about 3:00 PM. Kern County FD has a "Brush Response" on scene, with air tankers being requested. Fire is currently 52 acres with zero containment, and according to map info, appears to be moving Easterly from Cliff siding. No definitive cause as of yet, but hot brakes or locomotive exhaust particles could be the culprit.

Per pulse point a number of units have cleared the scene.

Lathrop just cleared Tehachapi, fire must be under control
