UP 1989 Rio Grande Heritage Unit 29 Sept 2023

Surprised to see Union Pacific's 1989 - Rio Grande Heritage unit on a westbound unit grain train at North Platte, Nebraska, Friday, 29 September 2023 - UP's Kearney Subdivision.  UP 1989 was the rear DPU.

Note - images were is taken in low light under full moon conditions.  Grain shuttle - GS GBHS-28.  Gibbon, NE-North Pacific Grain, Washington.

Great photos. Shot it Thursday while loading at the Cargill Elevators in Gibbon, NE. It was second unit behind UP 5334.

We missed each other by a few hours yesterday as I was in North Platte until early afternoon.
