Traffic levels on the UP triple track main in Nebraska

Planning a trip to the area this summer and while it will be a family trip, there will be some railfanning along the way.   Was wondering specifically about the current traffic levels on the UP main east of North Platte?

Just watching the Kearney railcam, I would just guess 50-80 a day depending on the day of the week.  Lots of PSR trains.

Fridays and Saturdays normally the busiest days.

Photo - Union Pacific steam engine 5511 passed through Kearney back in November 2022 enroute to Silvis, Illinois.
