It was a mostly cloudy cool day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low is 49-34 so far with .04 of light rain. Traffic is at 20 trains since midnight with more on the way. Here is some BNSF action from 2/6-2/10/2024. Thanks to all the friendly crews with the many toot-toots aand waves.

2/6/2024

1. WB 953am coke train with BNSF 8058-8005 on the point with DPU in the rain.
2. DPU BNSF 3776 on same train.
3. WB 1251pm grain train with Warbonnet 719 and BNSF 5111 on the pull with DPU. Sorry Mac.

5. WB 351pm manifest train with BNSF 9305-H1 1122on the point with DPU.

Hump Day northern transcon Ritzville action comments:
Looks like you are enjoying some nice February weather, just some clouds, while the trains keep rolling.
NS #1017 was a super nice catch, on the point and in charge heading west.
Seeing Lind Turn in both directions is a real treat; like the EMD power.  BN green hopper on WB was a bonus.
In Lucky 13, the skies are really dramatic.
Unit Of The Day is BNSF #9305, large and in charge.
