IANR 4001 - Full Circle?

Iowa Northern power backs down to their train at the north end of Bryant Yard in Waterloo IA, February 28, 2024.  IANR 4001 was built 5/74 as CN 9425, and will apparently become a CN unit again soon.  Jeff Van Cleve photo, my collection.
