Within a few minutes this evening, I caught the westbound California Zephyr with a newly-repainted unit and an eastbound BNSF local freight train as they came through Agency, Iowa.

1) Amtrak #5(12) passes by with a wave from the engineer in AMTK 19.

2-3) Trailing second is AMTK 82 which is now the second P42DC repainted in the Phase VII paint scheme.  The first one, 174, is in Denver on the ski train set.  Might be a chance to catch both at once tomorrow.

4) As #5 rounded the bend, the glow from an eastbound's headlights could be seen on its side.

5) Like the Zephyr, local L-CHI664 was also led by a four-axle GE.  BNSF 541 is a B40-8W.

6) Second out is SD40-2 BNSF 1786.
