Western Railroad Discussion > Departing SummitDate: 03/18/24 14:46 Departing Summit Author: MacBeau November last year, this westbound was recorded getting underway at Summit on Cajon Pass with some interesting changes in engine noise approximately seventeen seconds into the video. This looked like a Barstow-Porphyry, but that is just a guess. The entire train is shown unedited.
