TRRA transfer hauls 2 HLCX GP38s to BNSF(?)

As caught on the St Louis live cam at 1725 CDT Saturday 3/23/24, a TRRA transfer run led by a pair of colorful GP38-3 units lug a pair of HLCX GP38-2 locomotives (#3805 and #3814) which I'm guessing were stored at TRRA's Madison IL yard for the past few years? Anybody know where these HLCX leasers are headed?

those HLCX GP38-2 are active leasers on  TRRA. Train was 201 to BNSF Lindenwood yard about 2230 that night he came back east thru downtown and pulled fertilzer loads my job had shoved out to TRRA at Tyler St
