Texas Eastman is a huge plant in Longview Tex. already, getting a train a day from UP and one about every third day from BNSF (last I heard).  This will add even more capacity to the plant.  More jobs, more commerce, more train load outs.  Our local Tyler Tex. Delek refinery is also undergoing expansion providing more jobs to our town.  These plants used to be polluters back in the day,
but are very clean burning now.
