KLIX 317
Author: SP8100

Hello all,

I was wondering if someone could tell me where the KLIX 317.  It's a G7/9 painted in the Northern Pacific scheme.  It is moving from Honesdale, PA to Inland Northwest Rail Museum that is just west of Reardan, WA.

It is going NYSW ---> CSX ---> BNSF ---> WER.   It left Honesdale, PA on March 3rd.   If anyone knows where it is or what train it is on, I would appreciate any information.  PM's are welcome too.

TIA,
SP8100

It arrived Chicago's Clearing Yard on March 7th, and has been there ever since....waiting for a Mechanical Inspection from BNSF. I will post an update here once I receive word that it's on the move.

Shipping locomotives with just about any Class One requires the patience of Job. Those moves often take on a life of their own.
