           I spent my time in the oilfield so I can take the so called personal attacks or even just little things that apparently bruise your delicate sensibilities. None of it bothers me. I think I quit boo hooing when I was three.  :)

Be nice? Be respectful? No personal attacks? Factual? Seriously, have you people ever read any Amtrak posts in the passenger forum.

We've made snide remarks about Vena and Fritz, so as a UP executive, Ms. Whited is fair game.

Nothing out of the ordinary on the video in the linkedin link above. However, the topic she discussed, DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) can be very political and controversial, depending on who you talk to. I'm sure Bandito is afraid to bring that up (fear of censorship), but I'm not. 

DE&I is money bait for Wall St. idiots. Seasoned investors don't care about DE&I, so investor newbies who's looking for social justice will likely buy DE&I compliant stocks with very little research. Pump & dump in progress. :-)

Destruction of yet another American institution through an internal cancer that wants this destruction.  

It's everywhere.  

When corporations and the government become one there is a name for it. 

It's why Donner Pass shuts down in the snow now.  

Gonna get worse unfortunately.

I should clarify that I will have much more to say about UP's and Beth Whited's policies and goals, not about Beth Whited herself.

There will be no personal attacks. What I intend to post will be dispationate, non-judgemental, and will simply be looking at the numbers--the diversity math. I will also liken UP's pursuit of a specific diversity ratio to the elevation by Wall Street (and their board and C-level executive puppets) of the Operating Ratio over Net Profit.

I'm just waiting for UP to issue their 2023 "We Are One" annual diversity report so I have the latest numbers to play with. (Umm...it's now March 28, and they haven't posted it yet?)
