Western Railroad Discussion > Sometimes you don't need a TrainDate: 03/28/24 19:07 Sometimes you don't need a Train Author: Vicksburg_Route I went out to shoot on the Meridian Speedway late this afternoon, and I hoped to shoot a train in the gorgeous light during golden hour.
As dead as the Speedway is these days, you would think I would have known better, so I got this shot as a consoliation prize. I guess that sometimes you don't need a train. The signals may light up many blocks ahead of an approaching train and stay lit for a while. Some actually stay illuminated constantly.
