A little sad to be living in the Nostalgia part of TO all the time since much of which is portrayed there is no longer around -nice memories though!
Here is a UP westbound from a few weeks ago coming down track one on the former SP Donner Pass route east of Penryn.

Most likely the M-ROMI. It tends to be a short train of mostly Autoracks with some manifest cars thrown in on occasion.
