Note in the background is some form of maintenance-of-way (MOW) equipment sitting on a spur track. The MOW engine, SPS ("Self-Powered Slot") GREX ("Georgetown Rail Equipment Company") #6001, which is a re-built EMD DE10 that was originally built in 06/1950, was attached to a LORAM "SlotMachine".
