white cross in green box on CP locos.

on 6/5/24 05:53  CP locos have a green painted box with a white cross on the cab end, could someone tell what it represents?

I have been told that symbol means a trauma kit rather than a normal first aid kit.

Stretcher is a different logo. Green dot with a white strecher on it. On the door that provides access to it.
