It was a warm partly cloudy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low so far is 83-51. Traffic has been steady, train counts are offline at the moment. Here are some trains from 5/7 to 5/13/2024. Many thanks to the friendly crews with their toot-toots and waves.

5/7/2024

1. WB 1213pm coal train with BNSF 3765-3703 and Warbonnet 789 on the point with DPU.
2. DPU BNSF 3976 on same "Z".
3. WB 1250pm "V" train with NS 7583-9846 on the pull with no DPU.

Louisville Section running on schedule in the middle of an 11 day heat wave.:
Leadoff with my kind of train' a coal train.
NS units not getting home anytime soon.
Like #9204 in the lead, looks really good.
#9238 looks impressive leading that WB Manifest.
Little Franz Bread trailer is a nice catch.
Unit Of The Day is BNSF # 9238, large and in charge.
