NE IA SW WI NW IL 9 21 and 9/22

This weekend I deejayed a wedding for the daughter of my late friend and railfan Thomas Johnson of LaCrosse. The wedding was in Eastman WI north of Prairie Du Chien. I managed a few photos too. 

On Saturday I caught CPKC 852 by the old McGregor, IA elevator then caught the K38 in Marquette Yard.

On Sunday morning the weather was cool and overcast. I missed a EB stacker and a WB manifest on the way to Lynxville. But I managed  a V train, a Northtown to Galesburg Manifest, and the South Seattle Z.

My next stop was East Cabin in East Dubuque. A Long time ago there was a cabin(tower) and most times a friendly operator who would give you lineups.  Spent many a time here back when

CN M338 which had to be at least 200 cars. 3x1

Last two are the CN Local power for Dubuque. The 1600 L565 crew was on duty. They had work at Farley and at Deleware. Normally they meet the local from Cedar Rapids at Manchester but would not on this evening due to the Cedar Rapids train being listed way later than the normal 1700 call.
