nice catch. Do you or some one else have mor pictures of this special genereator well car? Are these the ex gas tenders? Any information would be great-. Greeting from Italy Markus Zoeschg Date: 10/30/24 08:20 Re: Track Geometry Tuesday Author: Gonut1 What a hodge podge looking collection of equipment. I guess if it gets the job done it is what it is. The "generator car" appears to be a generator set stuck in an intermodal well car, nothing more.

This well car is BNSF 937503. It was originally modified for use as a liquefied natural gas tender for BNSF's LNG locomotive testing. Picture of BNSF 937501 for reference: http://www.rrpicturearchives.net/showPicture.aspx?id=5210926 Date: 10/30/24 19:48 Re: Track Geometry Tuesday Author: 4451Puff What function does the "Atichison" serve? Dining and bunking facilities for the geometry car crew I presume?
