Catching Up On The BNSF Pt.?

It was a cool cloudy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low is 50-41 with .25 of rain so far. Traffic is in the usually busy mode. Here is some action from 7/15 to 8/2/2024. Thanks to all the friendly crews for their toot-toots and waves.

7/15/2024

1. WB 602pm manifest train with BNSF 4681, Warbonnet 778 and BNSF 9358 on the point with no DPU.

7/16/2024

2. WB 1023am intermodal train with BNSF 5461-5432-4238 on the pull with no DPU.
3. Stacks on the roll in same train.

7/17/2024

4. EB 1154am "V" train with BNSF 8283-H1 1077 on the point with no DPU.

7/19/2024

5. WB 1008am grain train with BNSF 5873 and Warbonnet 701 on the pull with GE DPU.
6. WB 557pm coal train with BNSF 6399-7485 on the point with GE DPU's.

7. WB 804pm manifest train with Warbonnet 712, UP 8243 and NS 8144 on the pull with no DPU. Thanks Zachary!

8. WB 922am "Z" train with BNSF 6586-8374-9206 on the point with no DPU.
9. TOFC on the roll in same train.

10. WB 948am # 27 with Amtrk 306 on the over 5hrs late.
11. WB 448pm coal train with BNSF 4108-4435-5158 on the point with DPU's.
12. DPU's BNSF  9037-7753 on same train.

13. WB 1232pm manifest train with BNSF 6017-8573 on the pull with GE DPU.

7/30/2024

14. WB 448pm manifest train with BNSF 5760 and Warbonnet 729 on the point with DPU.
15. DPU BNSF 4362 on same train.

8/2/2024

16. WB 1243pm grain train with CP 8774 and BNSF 7392 on the pull with GE DPU.
17. WB 728pm manifest train with BNSF 4214 and KCS 4578 on the point with DPU.
18. DPU BNSF 8261 on same train.

No seventies on the point today. Amtrak 27 was a good catch. I think I like the new paint but maybe not the Siemens power. Bill webb

Ditto the comment of no seventies leading.  The Chargers on Amtrak I feel are an improvement over the GE Genesis engines, certainly in the new paint which is a big improvement over the Shamoo scheme.  Best catch in my view was the "Sticker" unit leading.  Thanks for posting.
