The Oakley (ks) local left loco's at Collyer siding so they could pull the bare table off of the siding.  The crew should up yesterday evening
for the train.  The crew had to run the power around from the West end to the East end.  The crew was airing up the train in cold 10 deg
temps.  The train has been in storage for about 3 weeks or so.  The crew was on the radio with DS and the help desk, they could not
get the air pressure they needed.  After about 2 hours, they tied the train down again, waiting for warmer times.
