Classic SP Donner 1982 Summer

SD45 and Caboose of the era pushing for the "steel train". Timbered tunnel exit. 
My notes say "turnoff Nevada City"

The train is at Yuba Pass. The highway at the same location, where I80 and SR20 to Nevada City meet, is Yuba Gap.
Nice shot, do you have any wider shots at this vantage point?

in the first pic, 3600 hp behind the caboose.

please correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't the rule 3500 max behind the caboose?

SP allowed one six axle behind caboose. 3600 HP was ok
