Date: 03/12/25 18:53 Re: SCRM UP E9 and PE Blimps Author: SGillings PE is the Pacific Electric. Blimps refers to the cars PE acquired during WWII from the SP and the Northwestern Pacific, two of which are shown in the second video. Railfans called/call them Blimps due to their large size.
