MOPAC fans... need identity

Please help me with the old MoPac engine number. The serial number on the builder's plate is #71702-2. Taken in Siloam Springs, Ark. in Feb. 1996.

This unit is the former MP GP38-2 #924 built in January 1973.

The unit was renumbered MP2075 in 1974, the reporting mark and number it kept until it was released from UP.
