any reroutes because of fires ? say soledad canyon

I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about possible reroutes maybe through soledad canyon since this seems to be about one of the only ways out of so cal right now. Thanks in advance

On the All Aboard passenger train Yahoo Group, it is reported that Amtrak's Southwest Chief will come into Los Angeles using the former Santa Fe to Mojave and the former SP through Soledad Canyon.

The southbound Coast Starlight was terminated today at Oakland.

Don't know how tonight's eastbound Chief will get out of the LA Basin. This morning, BNSF apparently expected Cajon to be shut down for 24 hours at least.

#3 was waiting for a fresh crew and 2 pilots at Barstow, should be departing shortly if it has not already.
