Actually, I'd have provided more detailed instrux if I had the time. But a little bit of browsing on bnsf.com and they're easy to find.

About 2 weeks ago, I tried to print the PDF file with the timetables and could not open it. Any suggestions on what I did wrong?

You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to be able to open the .pdf files. The program is available free for download from Adobe on their website:

http://www.adobe.com
