Point Comfort & Northern had about 5 MP15's, but I can't vouch for them all being painted that way. Another ALCOA line, Rockdale Sandow & Southern, has some similarly-painted MP15's.

The RS&S, which is an Alcoa owned short line that interchanges at a place named Marjorie, which is just a little bit west of Rockdale Texas on the UP, nee MoPac mainline has ( I think that they have three ) similarly painted units. Rockdale is about 55 or 60 miles northeast of Austin.
